On Tuesday 14th May SR4L was invited to attend the CDU Allied Health & Wellness Expo. There were many Health services to explore for the students. SR4L also promoted a youth platform that we are developing ROSE Project for young people to share their story of adversity & struggle, how they got through their difficult time or are getting through it, to inspire, empower, connect with other young people who are in a difficult time in their lives.
These stories can be in many different styles, narrative, poem, music, art etc. We had a great response from the students & teachers in answering their questions about SR4L & the ROSE project. It was a great afternoon.
