Talk to someone

You should never try to deal with suicidal feelings on your own.  Professional help, support from loved ones and friends can make  it easier for you to overcome any challenges that are  causing suicidal thoughts. There are also many organizations  and support groups that can help you to cope with your  suicidal feelings and thoughts. Support groups understand what you are feeling and can even help you with tips to overcome your pain and sadness that you are feeling now. 

Give yourself the time you need and don’t try to go it alone.
