Dr Flynn is the General Manager of Support After Suicide, a program of Jesuit Social Services in Melbourne, which runs several postvention programs. Dr. Flynn has been involved in counselling, support group programs, and the establishment of postvention coordination response protocols. She oversees a team of expert bereavement counsellors who specialize in supporting those bereaved by suicide and in grief & loss.
