The Happy Days Team for the 2022 Top End Gran Fondo is about bringing a group of people together for a fun cycling experience to destigmatise the taboo of mental ill health and create suicide awareness in the broader community while raising funds for two important charities; suicide prevention charity MATES in Construction and suicide prevention and postvention charity Sabrina's Reach4Life. For those who cannot attend the cycling event but would like to donate, this is the page to do so!
About the fundraiser:
The Top End Gran Fondo is a cycling event held in Darwin annually. There are rides that are suitable from beginners to more advanced cyclist. There are six distances to choose from 3km, 9km, 25km, 60km, 109km, 145km. The Gran Fondo will be held in Darwin on Sunday the 24th July 2022. Our team is made up of all ages, with various cycling abilities, across all distances and will be easily spotted wearing Happy Days cycling jerseys/polos. The cycling jerseys will are sponsored by local businesses and FREE for all participants registered under team Happy Days.
Our team is raising funds for suicide prevention charity, MATES in Construction and suicide pre and postvention charity Sabrina's Reach4Life.
