Many thanks to StandBy Support who are Major Sponsors for the World Suicide Prevention Day forum, held in Darwin in 2022.
This support allows us to bring together our stakeholders, health representatives and key government officials to showcase the work being done in the mental health and suicide prevention realm and identify ways that we can work more collaboratively towards better outcomes.
StandBy is an Australian Government initiative, established in 2002 to meet the need for a coordinated community response to suicide.
StandBy is Australia’s leading suicide postvention program dedicated to assisting people and communities bereaved or impacted by suicide.

Neami is a values-based, not-for-profit organisation providing mental health, homelessness and suicide prevention services. In the Northern Territory the organisation has been an event partner to present the 2022 World Suicide Prevention Day Forum.
In the past 12 months, NEAMI National, in partnership with Larrakia Nation and supported by Northern Territory PHN, established a Head to Health Centre in Darwin. Each Head to Health service is tailored to the needs of the local community and offers a combination of peer[1]led recovery and clinical support to provide a warm, welcoming and high-quality experience.
